This close-coupled in-line pump features 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned for fluid flow and reduced piping strain. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, combined with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. This self-supporting configuration permits installation in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15-inch nominal diameter impeller along with a mechanical seal comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and handles operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC unit compatible with 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
