This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, providing a direct fluid path that reduces system piping stress. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while a cast iron bracket supports the motor mounting. A 6.35" nominal diameter impeller handles hydraulic loads, combined with a Sealide C mechanical seal consisting of a silicon carbide stationary seat and carbon rotating element. This configuration uses Viton elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting in-line casing construction allows for both horizontal and vertical mounting, while internal pressure tappings permit monitoring of differential pressures during system operation.
The 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor operates on 115/208-230V/60/1 power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
