This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 2" suction and 2" discharge ports to maintain smooth flow while reducing piping stress. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" cast stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. A bronze face plate is integrated into the cast iron bracket, which supports the unit when installed either horizontally or vertically. The seal assembly uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber to handle temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, allowing for reliable operation under system pressure.
The unit uses a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
