This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, built to maintain smooth fluid flow. The assembly uses a 6.35" stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. A bronze face plate is included in the bracket construction. The pump operates at temperatures up to 250°F and has a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. This self-supporting unit can be installed horizontally or vertically with companion flanges. The casing has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and follows Hydraulic Institute standards for operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The motor is a 7 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM unit with a TEFC enclosure, configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
