This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2-inch suction and discharge ports, aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses a 6.15-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. It includes a bronze face plate and a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber seal to maintain fluid integrity at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is self-supported by the piping system and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. Differential pressure readings are accessible through integrated tappings in the casing.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, compatible with 230/460V 3PH power and usable at 208V. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
