This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports, reducing strain on the system piping. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for a maximum fluid temperature of 250°F. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without external strapping. The hydraulic assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and connects to the system with companion flanges.
The unit includes a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
