This close-coupled in-line pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a bronze face plate and a 6.15" stainless steel impeller to manage fluid movement. It has aligned 2" suction and discharge ports, which allow the unit to be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations while remaining self-supported by the system piping. The hydraulic assembly includes a ceramic, carbon, and EPT mechanical seal that handles operating temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and the overall construction allows for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The motor operates at 1 HP and 1750 RPM, with a TEFC enclosure powered by 230/460V 3PH electrical input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
