This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The hydraulic assembly uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. It includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and is built for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. With a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter, the unit can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations to suit the existing piping layout.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC, premium efficiency unit configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
