This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain smooth fluid movement through the system. The unit is self-supported by the piping and can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations. Its construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 304 stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, allowing for operating temperatures up to 250°F. The 7.9" nominal diameter impeller rests within the cast iron housing, while companion flanges are included to assist with connection to the existing system layout.
The motor is a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC unit operating on a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
