This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 1.5" aligned suction and discharge ports, which facilitates smooth fluid flow while reducing strain on the system piping. The casing and impeller use 304 stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket for structural support. A bronze wear ring acts as an internal interface, while the shaft seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is self-supporting within the system piping and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. Integrated pressure tappings allow for differential readings across the hydraulic assembly, which is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards to handle internal pressures up to 175 PSI.
The assembly includes a 7.5 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
