This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. It has a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter and a seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and is built for horizontal or vertical installation. The self-supporting configuration allows for placement directly within the system piping without external strapping, meeting Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity in commercial hydronic applications.
The assembly includes a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
