This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75-inch diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel shaft. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the mechanical seal contains a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. Built to operate at temperatures up to 250°F and pressures reaching 175 PSI, this self-supporting configuration allows for installation in either a horizontal or vertical orientation. The structure features integrated pressure tappings, enabling differential readings directly from the casing.
This unit runs on a 1.5 HP motor at 3450 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
