This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller uses stainless steel and the face plate uses bronze. A ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal manages fluid containment at temperatures up to 250°F. The 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller features a dynamically balanced, one-piece construction. This self-supporting unit permits installation in horizontal or vertical orientations. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, it includes pressure tappings for differential readings and comes with companion flanges for integration into existing system piping.
The motor has a 1 1/2 HP output and operates at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, powered by a 208-230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
