This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to sustain smooth fluid flow while reducing strain on the system piping. The casing and impeller use stainless steel, while the bracket is cast iron and the internal wear ring is bronze. A ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber mechanical seal handles the fluid boundary, supporting system temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is self-supporting, allowing for both horizontal and vertical installation without the need for external strapping. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the configuration includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and comes with companion flanges for integration into the mechanical system.
The system uses a 2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
