This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 2" suction and discharge ports to reduce strain on system piping. The hydraulic assembly features a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller. The unit uses stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the bracket is built with cast iron. This configuration permits horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. The pump handles temperatures up to 250°F and is equipped with a mechanical seal featuring a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The casing structure includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings, and the entire assembly follows standard hydraulic design requirements for commercial systems.
This unit uses a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
