This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the 6.15-inch impeller and shaft consist of stainless steel. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit includes an integrated seal assembly using a silicon carbide stationary seat and a carbon rotating element with Viton elastomers, allowing for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This configuration supports both horizontal and vertical installation, permitting direct mounting within the system piping without requiring external support.
The unit has a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency motor housed in a TEFC enclosure, configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Using a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
