This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow and reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a 6.35" stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing and a cast iron bracket. A bronze wear ring maintains hydraulic efficiency, while the mechanical seal, composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supports operation up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit allows for installation in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. The configuration includes companion flanges for system integration and meets standards for structural stability under operating pressures.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM unit with a TEFC enclosure, operating on 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
