This close-coupled in-line pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 304 stainless steel impeller and shaft. The unit has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber construction handles operating temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and accommodates a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the self-supporting configuration allows for installation in both horizontal and vertical positions without external strapping.
The motor has 2 HP, 3450 RPM, a TEFC enclosure, and a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
