This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, paired with a dynamically balanced, one-piece cast stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. It includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and maintains structural integrity at operating temperatures up to 250°F. The fluid path includes a Sealide C mechanical seal, which uses a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the self-supporting, in-line design permits horizontal or vertical installation without requiring additional strapping.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 200V/60Hz/3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
