This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned suction and discharge ports. These 1 1/2" ports maintain smooth fluid flow while reducing strain on the system piping. The unit is self-supporting, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation. The hydraulic assembly features a dynamically balanced, one-piece cast 304 stainless steel impeller, while the pump casing uses cast iron construction to handle operating pressures up to 175 PSI and temperatures reaching 300°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings, enabling accurate differential readings across the pump body during operation. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the configuration provides structural integrity for various commercial system requirements.
The unit includes a standard motor configuration, which operates with specified horsepower, speed, and enclosure type at a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
