This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow and reduce piping strain. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate. A 7.9" nominal diameter impeller sits within the assembly, which meets NSF-61 standards and operates at temperatures up to 250°F. The hydraulic section includes a seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components to manage fluid integrity. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without the need for external straps, and the structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
