This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a bronze wear ring. The hydraulic configuration uses a 6.15-inch nominal diameter impeller to maintain fluid flow. The unit includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, permitting operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring additional support beyond the connected piping.
The unit uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 115/208-230V/60/1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
