This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, built with a 6.15" stainless steel impeller inside a matching stainless steel casing. The assembly uses a cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate and shaft. It meets NSF-61 requirements and handles temperatures up to 250°F. The shaft seal includes a ceramic seat paired with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber. The unit includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. The self-supporting configuration remains stable within system piping.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC unit with a 115/230V 60Hz 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
