This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports with an in-line configuration that aligns flow paths to reduce piping strain. The assembly relies on a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.35" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. It uses a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of maintaining integrity at fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. The casing structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards and holds a pressure rating of 175 PSI. This self-supporting unit allows for both vertical and horizontal installation without the need for external strapping, while integrated pressure tappings allow for direct differential readings across the hydraulic assembly.
The pump operates with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
