This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports aligned for consistent fluid flow. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while a cast iron bracket supports the assembly. It houses a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller built to Hydraulic Institute standards. For fluid containment at temperatures reaching 300°F, the unit includes a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This configuration allows for both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping, as the assembly remains self-supported by the system piping.
This unit has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
