This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce piping strain while allowing for horizontal or vertical installation. The assembly uses a 6.15" nominal stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel shaft, housed within a cast iron casing and mounting bracket. The pump includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and handles fluid temperatures up to 300°F. Internal sealing is managed by a mechanical seal composed of a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and a Viton elastomer. This configuration conforms to Hydraulic Institute standards and handles operating pressures reaching 175 PSI. The unit uses a self-supporting, one-piece structure, which simplifies the mounting process without the requirement for external floor supports or additional strapping, keeping the footprint compact for mechanical rooms with limited space constraints.
The system uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
