This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft consist of stainless steel. A ceramic, carbon, and EPT rubber mechanical seal manages fluid containment at temperatures up to 250°F. The 4.75" diameter impeller creates a self-supporting, balanced assembly that permits both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the rigid casing structure includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The unit has a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply, combined with a VFD compatible with 380-480V, 3PH inputs. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
