This Chemtrol True Union ball check valve stops the flow of media in one direction while allowing flow in the opposite direction, with minimum turbulence and chatter while maintaining pump prime. The valve's injection molded Kynar unpigmented polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) construction with FKM O-ring is ideal for use with ultra-pure water, deionized/distilled and demineralized water systems, clean chemical processes, electronics, pharmaceutical operations and food processing. The original Chemtrol True Union design allows the valve and operational components to be conveniently lifted from the piping system for repair or replacement.
