This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow and reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller and casing constructed from stainless steel, which is also used for the face plate and shaft. The internal seal uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, allowing for operating temperatures up to 250°F. A cast iron bracket supports the hydraulic components, while the self-supporting configuration allows for both horizontal and vertical installation. It is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, with a robust casing structure capable of handling rigorous system demands.
The unit includes a 2 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
