This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports, allowing for smooth fluid flow while reducing strain on system piping. The unit includes a 4.75-inch stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate. The pump uses a ceramic seat and carbon rotor mechanical seal with EPT rubber, suitable for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the construction maintains structural integrity across various hydronic applications.
The pump runs on a 3 HP, 3450 RPM TEFC motor configured for a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
