This close-coupled in-line pump features a 2-inch suction and discharge connection, paired with a 7.9-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller for efficient fluid movement. The pump casing and mounting bracket use cast iron construction, combined with a bronze face plate to ensure durability within the hydraulic assembly. Designed for high-temperature applications, the mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber components, allowing the system to operate at temperatures reaching 250°F. The unit is self-supporting within the system piping and can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations, while integrated pressure tappings provide accurate differential readings during regular operation.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency unit housed in a TEFC enclosure, powered by a 230/460V, 3PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
