This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The mechanical seal has a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping arrangements. It is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, and the structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The motor configuration has 3 HP at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, powered by 208-230/460V at 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
