This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation within system piping. The unit includes a 7.9" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing, paired with a cast iron bracket and bronze face plate. The internal seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the self-supporting casing structure includes pressure tappings for differential readings and accommodates horizontal or vertical installation. The assembly comes with companion flanges for integration into piping systems.
The system uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
