This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2-inch suction and discharge ports to reduce piping strain. It is built with a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.15-inch stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. This unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The assembly supports horizontal or vertical installation, meeting Hydraulic Institute standards for a 175 PSI pressure rating. Integrated pressure tappings allow for differential readings across the system.
The pump accommodates a standard motor configuration, permitting selection based on required horsepower, RPM, enclosure type, and voltage and phase power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
