This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for direct piping installation. The hydraulic assembly uses a 7.9" diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. A cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate serves as the structural interface for the motor. The unit uses a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and a Viton elastomer, which accommodates fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This configuration allows for both horizontal and vertical orientation while maintaining structural integrity within the system piping.
The system uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with premium efficiency, powered by a 230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
