This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge ports aligned to maintain smooth fluid flow. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. The internal hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit sustains operating temperatures up to 250°F and includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
