This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports for aligned flow within the system piping. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" nominal impeller, which pairs with a cast iron casing and bracket, a bronze face plate, and a stainless steel impeller. Internal sealing uses a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, which establishes a fluid temperature limit of 250°F. The casing has an in-line design that permits both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping, as the unit is self-supporting within the piping layout. This construction allows for consistent fluid movement while minimizing strain on the connected lines.
The unit operates with a 1.5 HP motor at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 208-230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
