This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, paired with a 7.9" stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly includes a seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and permits horizontal or vertical installation, as the pump structure supports itself within the system piping. This self-supporting configuration eliminates the need for external strapping while following Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity.
This unit uses a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, powered by 230/460V 3PH electrical service. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
