This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for direct system piping integration. The cast iron casing and bracket combine with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate to form the hydraulic assembly. It uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes companion flanges and is configured for horizontal or vertical installation. The casing is built for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and maintains alignment through a self-supporting design that reduces strain on the piping.
The system runs on a 3 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, powered by 208-230/460V 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
