This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for fluid flow. It uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The unit uses a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This configuration complies with Hydraulic Institute standards and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting construction allows for horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping.
This 1 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure and connects to a 115/208-230V 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
