This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron. A 4.75-inch nominal diameter impeller sits within the casing, which is built to accommodate NSF-61 standards and temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal has a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components to manage fluid containment. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external piping supports.
The unit includes a 0.5 HP motor, operating at 1750 RPM, enclosed in a TEFC housing, and powered by a 230/460V 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
