This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing, impeller, and shaft are built with stainless steel, combined with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate for structural support. This hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller and handles fluids up to 300°F at pressures reaching 175 PSI. A mechanical seal, equipped with a silicon carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, manages fluid containment. The unit is self-supporting, permitting installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping.
This unit is equipped for a standard motor configuration, compatible with various HP, RPM, ODP or TEFC enclosure types, and 230/460V, 3PH power supply requirements. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
