This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2-inch suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a stainless steel impeller and shaft for durability. The hydraulic section contains a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. Rated for a maximum pressure of 175 PSI, the unit supports both horizontal and vertical installation, as the self-supporting configuration requires no external strapping. Integrated pressure tappings allow for differential readings across the flow path, meeting Hydraulic Institute standards for in-line centrifugal configurations.
The pump uses a 3 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
