This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, allowing for installation directly into the system piping. The unit includes a 6.35" diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing and shaft to minimize corrosion. A cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate supports the assembly, while the mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The hydraulic structure includes a self-supporting configuration that allows for either horizontal or vertical orientation. The assembly meets Hydraulic Institute standards and manages a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI, with differential pressure tappings included in the casing to assist with system monitoring during operation.
The unit uses a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor paired with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
