This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 1.5" suction and discharge ports, providing a direct flow path that minimizes system piping strain. The assembly uses a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter and is built with a cast iron casing and bracket, a stainless steel impeller, and a bronze face plate. A mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components maintains fluid integrity at operating temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting structure allows for either horizontal or vertical orientation without external bracing, while integrated pressure tappings allow for system monitoring. The hydraulic configuration follows standard construction practices to handle pressure loads effectively within typical piping layouts.
The unit uses a 1/2 HP motor rated for 1750 RPM, paired with a TEFC enclosure and a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
