This close-coupled in-line pump features 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, designed to maintain alignment within the piping system while reducing external strain. The unit uses a cast iron casing, a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate, and a 6.35" stainless steel impeller. It is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F and maximum operating pressures of 175 PSI. The hydraulic assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and is equipped with companion flanges. A ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber mechanical seal prevent fluid leakage during operation. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without the need for additional piping support.
The motor operates at 1 HP and 1750 RPM, with a TEFC enclosure and a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
