This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for fluid flow and reduced piping strain. The assembly includes a 6.35" diameter impeller constructed from stainless steel, matching the material used for the casing and shaft, while a bronze wear ring resides within the fluid chamber. This configuration complies with NSF 61 standards and includes a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting unit connects to the system with companion flanges and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations to suit mechanical room layouts.
The unit uses a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor with a 56C face, configured for 208-230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
