This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce strain on the system piping. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a bronze face plate and a 6.35-inch 304 stainless steel impeller. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing the assembly to function at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations while remaining self-supported by the system piping.
The unit operates with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power and premium efficiency. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
