This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket, a stainless steel impeller, and a bronze face plate. The internal seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This in-line configuration has aligned ports, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and follows Hydraulic Institute standards for a maximum pressure of 175 PSI. The unit is self-supporting within the system piping, providing a stable installation profile for commercial fluid applications.
The unit includes a 2 HP, 1750 RPM motor housed in a TEFC enclosure, powered by a 230/460V 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
