This close-coupled in-line pump includes aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. Built with a cast iron casing and bracket, the unit has a 6.15-inch stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. The assembly handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. A ceramic seal seat is paired with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber to manage fluid containment. The hydraulic assembly adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards, while the self-supporting in-line configuration can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations.
The pump has a 2 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
